Payment method
We accept major credit cards payment through Paypal. A paypal account is not necessary.
For local orders (Singapore), we also accept POSB/DBS and UOB funds transfers, POSB/DBS being the preferred choice.
Payments are to be settled within 48 hours from the time of purchase, failing which, the purchased items will be put up for sale again and the dead buyer blacklisted.
Shipping and Handling
All items come in Carousel Mia's eco-friendly brown paper gift boxes and are packed in bubble-wrap-lined envelopes to be delivered.
We have delivery options of either by mail or by courier service for local orders.
All mail orders are shipped from Singapore via SingPost (Singapore's postal service).
Local islandwide courier service is also available. You could specify your preferred time slot in the "special requests" section on our cart review page.
The time slots are:
8am - 10am/ 10am - 12pm/ 12pm - 2pm/ 2pm - 4pm/ 4pm - 6pm/ 6pm - 8pm/ 8pm - 10pm
Carousel Mia is not to be held responsible for any delay/ loss of mail.

Depending on various destinations, please allow 3-12 days for delivery. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond our control. For festive postings, it is advisable to add another 10 working days to the delivery time.
Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.
