1. How long does it take for my purchases to arrive?
We usually ship by the next working day after payment is made.
For local shipments, goods usually arrive 2 working days after payment.
Local islandwide service is also available. Orders paid and notified before 10am on a working day (Mon-Fri) will be delivered by 6pm within the day.
For international shipments, please allow 3-12 days for delivery, depending on the destinations.
Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.
For festive postings, it is advisable to add another 10 working days to the delivery time.
Any delay at the destination countries is beyond our control.
2. How do I know if a piece fits me?
Measurements are given with all descriptions. For necklaces/ bracelets, you can either:
a. take a measuring tape and see whether the measurement fits you nicely, or
b. measure a piece of your own necklace/ bracelet and compare it to the given measurement.
3. I would like to get a piece but it is too long/short for me. Is it possible to alter the length?
Yes, it is possible for some items. Please contact us.
